Rob D'Onofrio
Detail Shop Manager
Rob has been with our Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln family for 10 years. During these most recent 4 years has been doing a fantastic job managing Autosmile, which is located in the detail shop behind the main Ford building.
He is quite the fanatic sportsman and enjoys playing soccer with the Nanaimo United Football Club.
His off time is spent with family especially his beautiful daughter Brooklyn.

Chris is an outdoors kind of person who really likes working in his yard, various wood work projects and taking care of his home.
He is an excellent part of the team.
He certainly is the guy that gets the job done right the first time. This dependable Chris is hard at work with over 20 years experience detailing vehicles.

Chris is the friendliest young man, he is always taking the time to say 'hi' to everyone here and ask how your day is going. His attitude is ridiculously positive, and he always gives 110%.
He's focused and thorough in what he does down at Autosmile, and is always willing to help out when help is needed, anywhere in the dealership. Chris Groves was our MVP in February 2011.
Away from the detail shop he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes playing hockey and going out to nice restaurants... a connoisseur if you will!
